Secure Credit Card Processing

Credit card payments are processed using the PayPal credit card service (see www.PayPal.com). Accordingly, Gearz does not receive, store or transmit your credit card information in any way. All card numbers and names etc are passed directly from you the customer to the PayPal service. This transaction is performed using SSL for your protection.

We accept major credit cards via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can also pay using that. If you wish to pay using bank deposit or cheque we can do that also.

Privacy Policy

Gearz will not share, sell or pass on in any way the personal information you supply when registering as a customer. If at any stage you wish us to remove your information from our database please send an e-mail with your request and we will do so without hesitation.

Dispatch Policy

Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible following an order and appropriate verification. Often the goods will be dispatched the very next day, on an overnight courier service (please allow a couple more days for addresses outside of Auckland, and deliveries are only made Monday-Friday).

All orders now will recieve FREE COURIER service within New Zealand.

Returns Policy

Goods may be exchanged if returned to Gearz within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be provided less a 10% handling charge.

All returned goods must be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning goods is for the customer to bear (but can be returned in person).

Warranty

All goods sold by Gearz are under the manufacturers warranty. As such we will refund (in full) or exchange the item without hesitation if it fails due to faulty manufacture.

Disclaimer

All information presented on the Gearz web site is intended to be correct. However we will not be bound where errors (obvious or otherwise) have been made.

Occasionally we may not be able to supply goods due to being sold out, in this case the product will be placed on back order and the purchaser notified, with the option of waiting for the product to arrive or selecting an alternative product.
